Bloomsday in Miami
The Consulate General of Ireland in Miami is delighted to partner with the Coral Gables library for an evening celebration of James Joyce’s seminal work Ulysses on Saturday 15 June at 6 p.m. Don your best Edwardian finery and join us for a series of cultural performances, readings from Ulysses, and Consul General Kavanagh in conversation with Joycean scholar, Michael Gillespie for a “Bluffer’s Guide to Ulysses.” Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with a selection of Joyce materials, including various editions of Ulysses and Joyce sheet music.
